Samuel M. Hausman has been practicing law for over 30 years, engaging in the general practice of law with an emphasis on criminal defense, personal injury and civil litigation. He has successfully litigated or settled numerous cases for his clients, including personal injury cases such as automobile accidents, premises liability cases, malpractice cases, and dog bite cases, as well as workers compensation cases, social security disability claims, contract disputes, employer-employee disputes, and business disputes. He has also handled numerous criminal defense matters over the years , ranging from crimes of violence, motor vehicle offenses including operating under the influence of liquor or drugs, to crimes against property, and drug offenses. He has also handled numerous appeals before the Registry of Motor Vehicles.
Attorney Hausman's litigation experience throughout the courts in Eastern Massachusetts as well as Connecticut has gained him the experience necessary to achieve the most favorable decisions for his clients.
